When the inevitable question comes up in casual conversation about “what do you do” – after my little elevator speech on teaching Zentangle, I am frequently told by my new companion that they aren’t artistic, or they can’t draw or they don’t spend any time being creative.
Being creative, is being brave. Brave to take your ideas and get them out of your head. Brave to listen to your inner muse rather than letting that voice be tamped down by all the other tasks and chores that can fill your day.
Who is Zentangle for? Juliette and I share some stories on how Zentangle is a great way for anyone young or old, to unlock that creative spark inside. In this fast paced world it is also a great tool for everyone to have to help with stress reduction and focus.
As always, don’t forget to check out some additional insight from Juliette on her blog www.artsamuse.com
